Happy New Year

And so I say it every year but this year...

Goals...

Gym: 3-4 days/week
Diet: keto with an egg fast Everu couple months or so... and starting off with an egg fast beginning January 3rd
Photos: post one a day on IG
Blog: at least one entry per day
Personal development: reduce, reuse, recycle, ORGANIZE!!
More sleep, less negativity... 
more family time, less work...
More action, less words.
More reading, less tv...
More music, more art, less stress....
